OpenTacit

OpenTacit is your organization's measured memory of what works with AI. You and your colleagues work in your AI coding tools. OpenTacit finds the moves that succeed. It captures them as techniques in your organization's playbook. It offers them to other members when they help, with evidence of how often each technique helped.

With time, OpenTacit builds a playbook that is specific to your business. OpenTacit works inside the tools that your colleagues already use. Thus it can offer that knowledge at the moment of need. The knowledge comes from what your people, processes, and systems make possible. You do not need to change how you work.

This guide shows you how to use OpenTacit each day. It shows how to set up OpenTacit and how to work with suggestions in your coding sessions. It also shows how to run the registry that your organization shares.
